Every week, from Monday to Sunday, your total losses minus your total winnings gives your net loss. Your VIP tier's cashback rate is applied to that net loss, and the amount is credited to your account at the start of the following week.
The cashback calculation is straightforward — if you win more than you lose in a week, your net loss is zero and no cashback applies that week. Cashback is only paid out in weeks where you have a net loss.

At the end of the week, your net loss is calculated (total losses − total winnings).

Calculation Example — Gold Tier
Gold member, net loss of ৳20,000 in one week
Cashback rate: 0.7%
Calculation: ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback
This is the maximum weekly cashback at the Gold tier.
